Riverside Pediatric Prenatal/Birthing Classes

Riverside Pediatric Group is proud to offer, to future single or couple parents-to-be a one-day long FREE Prenatal/Child Birthing Class that includes a presentation on what to expect during the birthing process, how best to prepare, breathing and relaxation techniques and information on Cesarean deliveries.  The latter part of the day includes Breast Feeding instruction by a certified Lactation Consultant and Newborn Care information by a Board Certified Pediatrician.  Also, there will be sufficient time to answer all of your questions!  This educational day for single or couple parents-to-be will prepare you for what to expect from the time labor begins until your first visit with the pediatrician. The Class is completely Free and Includes Free Lunch & Refreshments!! There are a limited number of spots available so pre-registration is required.

REFLEX EMERGENCY TRAINING

Reflex Emergency Training is an American Heart Association Training site who’s mission is to train people to save a life and prepare for emergencies that may arise.

Reflex trains people in CPR/AED and First Aid for Adults, children and infants.

All Reflex Instructors are Experienced NYC Paramedics, who better to learn from than the people who go out and do it every day in real life. We bring our first-hand experience to you!
